Can I cancel or change my order?

Need to modify your SuperMama order? Changed your mind and want to cancel it? We've got you covered. While we may not be able to make every change to your recent order, you can simply cancel your order within approximately 4 hours* of the time you placed it and create a new order with all of the changes you need to make.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track your order. You can check the status of your package once it's in transit.

You can also sign up for text alerts about your package. You'll know when your package ships, when it's about to be delivered, and when it's been delivered.
